Very disappointed with my order and how my wife has been treated after submitting a complaint. If you are looking to order from this place then beware that your order might be wrong and the staff will argue with you even though you have a receipt as proof.
Customer service was great!
I came on a Saturday at 9:09 AM. My husband, and I wanted a Nekter bowel. We walked up to the front of the store counter. We waited to be attended/ greeted by the employee. She on her phone. Even after it was pretty clear that there were customers in the store she stayed glued to her phone. VERY UNSANITARY in my opinion. We ended up leaving, and didn't even bother getting anything.
Horrible my order was Açaí Banana Berry No banana. I was served a bowl of all granola. Where was the fruit smoothie of the bowl?
