I came on a Saturday at 9:09 AM. My husband, and I wanted a Nekter bowel. We walked up to the front of the store counter. We waited to be attended/ greeted by the employee. She on her phone. Even after it was pretty clear that there were customers in the store she stayed glued to her phone. VERY UNSANITARY in my opinion. We ended up leaving, and didn't even bother getting anything.
Horrible my order was Açaí Banana Berry No banana. I was served a bowl of all granola. Where was the fruit smoothie of the bowl?

I strive for honest reviews, and I feel strongly that good customer service should be a top priority for any business. The product is always great. Service could be worked on. While I like to place my order ahead on th app, so I dont have to wait, this location seems not to start until you arrive. No one in line when I arrived and they hadn't started my order until after they helped the next two people behind me. There were 2 employees. Consistanly Service has just been ok. -Teamwork-Customer Service-Product
