Customer service was very good, and since it was my first time there I asked one of the girls working there to make me something she thought was good. The drink came out very delicious. Great spot highly recommend!!
I showed up at 1:45 PM—15 minutes before closing—only to be told they were already “closed” and could only offer pre-packaged items from the fridge. Their posted hours say 2 PM, so I didn’t expect the doors to be essentially shut early. Very unprofessional. Aside from that, this has consistently been the worst Nekter location I’ve visited. The drinks are often watered down and lack flavor, which is disappointing especially since it’s the closest one to me. Sadly, they fall short in both quality and service. Service was great and my bowl was delicious!
We ordered Nekter for our office staff and the order was perfect! These are the best bowls ever. Everything is made to order and so healthy. The staff is super friendly and it was nice to even meet the owner!
