This was my first visit this morning 5/9 around 8:45 and although my smoothie was good, the customer service (Mia) wasn’t the best. I wanted the peanut butter power bowl but opted for the Acai mango bowl instead because I was told they were out of bananas and strawberries. I also understand this was 15 mins before closing so there was a crowd. My order was wrong like many others. I received a bowl with bananas, strawberries and pineapple. If you had bananas then why not make the bowl I wanted from the start? No mangos and no agave on top that's listed on my receipt. Tip jar was empty and I know why. The ingredients seem fresh and the quality of the food is good, but unfortunately the service was very disappointing. The wait times were extremely long, and the staff did not acknowledge customers while we were waiting. A simple “Hi, I’ll be with you in a moment” or “Sorry for the wait” would have gone a long way. I had a great experience at Nekter Juice Bar. Mr. Williams and Elizabeth provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. Their attention to detail and genuine care in making sure my order was correct really stood out. They followed up, double-checked everything, and made sure the entire experience was smooth. Excellent follow-up and follow-through service like that makes you want to come back!
