Matthew and Sophia did a great job servicing me with the PB&J acai bowl.
THE BEST!!!! I just have to say that my son and I are absolutely addicted to this place!!! My father is super picky and he even tried it and he LOVED his bowl! This is probably our 5th or 6th time ordering from Nekter! From day one we have been hooked! My favorite bowl is the chocolate bowl and my son's favorite is the radiant raspberry. I was looking at the menu and the representative kept asking if I was ready to order. If I was ready to order I would have said something. I ordered the acai bowl which I could pick 3 toppings. One of the available options on the menu on the wall is the waffle. The representative told me it was not an option. I pointed the menu but she said it was not showing on her computer as an option. This is one of the worst juice bars that I have been to. They have good stuff, just not at the coconut creek location. You can’t call and ask any questions - your referred to the app. How unprofessional is it even you call and speak to someone and you can’t get any answers. I spoke to a girl with the first name starting with O and she couldn’t help me. The owner is Disrespectful and has no answers either. I was actually told to contact customer service.
