I guess not everything is for sale! I wish I could put a negative "star" for my rating. I went into the store today to look for a glider and was met with the rudest man! I cannot imagine talking to a customer like he did. The sale was a closing sale and they had a sign which said, "Everything must go." I wanted to buy the little sheep and he said no. Unsatisfactory Wow, I thought I was the only one that had a unsatisfactory visit to this store, but after reading the reviews I see that this store is really not fit to serve the public. My 2 year old son was also reprimanded for touching the furniture on the sales floor and we were not left alone for even a second to look at the furniture. Terrible experience I have NEVER had anyone talk to me the way the owner of this store did today. He was rude, sarcastic, and extremely condescending. He even followed me out of the store and yelled comments at me as I entered the store next door. I never provoked or insulted him, simply tried to leave when it became evident that I was not going to be buying any furniture from him. I assure you that I will never set foot back in that store.
Always friendly & cheerful! I don't know where the reviews below mine have come from, but our family has been shopping with the Neis family since 2007 on a regular basis, and I have NEVER seen any behavior from the owners as mentioned below. OWNER IS VERY RUDE! I got on the computer specifically to write about my experience at this store today. ILow and behold others have had the same experience as I! He seemed real nice right at first and as we found a bed I was interested in , in the catalog, I asked him if he could write down the price for me so i could add it to my list of options. Always nice at Neis! We having been shopping with Neis (pronounced "nice") Furniture for many years now. We love the personal customer service, and the fact that our in-stock purchases are almost always delivered the same day! We have custom-ordered several chairs from them, and have been so very pleased with the quality and selection of fabrics; the hardest part was choosing a fabric, because they have so many options to choose from. Mrs. J They seem nice until you have a problem, Had a problem with cushions under warranty , owner said I needed to fluff them there was no problem, I disagreed, he then told me in a very rude manor to go to Hoby Lobby and buy some stuffing, I said I thought there was a defect and he didn't need to be rude, he then said I was rude and to leave his store, then shoved my husband and again said "get out of my store" We are in our 70's and were polite to him, needless to say we left, he was out of control, nasty and abusive.
