The repair was completed and looks good, HOWEVER they also dragged out the timeline and had very bad communication/updates. THEY DON'T CALL YOU BACK. They didn't even start the repair until almost a week after having my vehicle!!! The real kicker is they damaged the already chipped windshield and ruined the driver side custom tint. (The repair work was isolated to passenger side). AND YOU GUESSED IT, they did not take responsibility for their ineptitude. They had the nerve to question us that the damage was already there! Absolutely Terrible. WOULD NOT RECOMEND TO ANYONE, Especially if you have a nice car. My insurace sent me to them to get a quote for repairs on my vehicle. I decided to go ahead and have them make the repairs after i was quoted. I took it in on my scedualed day to start repairs (on a Wensday) They told me that it would be done on Friday. Dont get me wrong i know this isn't garunteed however no one called me on Friday to tell me that my car in fact was not going to be done. I got wacked in hit and run last year and once the year before. The first time I called and talked to Sam and he met me at work with another guy and they took my car into the shop. Three days later he delivered my car back to me at home good as new. My insurance covered it all. And they did all the paper work. I've also had them buff out the headlights to remove the yellowing that comes from the harsh Kern County sun and road grime.
