Had a broken front bumper, and took care of it through insurance. A few months later we noticed that the bumper did not fit properly, and according to them the insurance company did not want to pay for an OEM bumper and it was an after market part. They were able to show the IC that it did not fit, then replaced with an OEM part and it looks amazing. Great customer service, and returned the car both times with in 2 days.

So I took my truck in July 3. I called July 10th just to check the status, I was told it’d be ready the 14 or 15th. So I was excited it was a decent time. Called bath the 15th in the afternoon I was told they were waiting on fog lights and once they got them they’d be installed and it would be ready. The rest of that week was waiting on the fog lights not their fault I get that. Neira’s Collision Center on Meany has the best Customer Service. Very professional and courteous, Sam and Ezequiel are great. The Staff in the back are great as well and I highly recommend this place.
