Worst experience ever, the staff was dismissive. The reception acted as if they are the only body shop in town. The Geico Insurance person seemed to mean well. In the end the work that was done painted only the spot that was damaged and workmen's attempt to blend in the paint was awful at best. I should have read the reviews. I won't even drive by this place ever!!!
Be careful with what you leave in your vehicle. I cleared out my vehicle before I dropped it off. The only thing that I KNOW!!! I left in there was a folding chair (because it did not fit in the small rental). No big deal, I figured "why would they take a chair". Well, sure enough, the chair is gone and they "can't find it". Although my car looks good, it took a week longer from the day that they said my car would be done. They called me everyday with the same story. "Your car is in the paint department". Glad I looked over these reviews. Looks like they have a lot of unhappy customers and I will avoid this place. the five stars are for the reviews, I did not have any work done here.
We went to Neira's for extensive auto repair after an accident in 2012, and they did a wonderful job. They were so friendly and accommodating to us, and completed high quality work in a timely manner. We recently had to have our shield replaced on the same car, and even though I don't think it was completely covered by our warranty, they quickly replaced it without charging us! Highly recommend Neiras Collision Centers Inc.! Took my 06 dodge Dakota in because I was in a fender bender. Dropped off my Truck on Tuesday and it was ready on Friday. Great place and extremely helpful staff, my truck looks amazing! Really happy with there over all work. They pay close attention to detail and it shows that the love making there costumers happy.
DOUBLE CHECK ALL REPAIRS... My wife took her 2006 honda accord there after an accident we herd that it was a very excellent and respected businesses we learned the hard way we got scammed. Days later after getting it back the car needed new tires on my way to the shop i heard loose parts in and out of the car, The rear dash all the clips were broken off removed improperly ,The body molders missing clips, The under carriage right muffle out of its support bracket, Well getting new tires the shop informed me that the rear rims... read more
I have been a customer of Neiras for years and I can say there is no place I would rather go for body work in Bakersfield. The staff is friendly and courteous and go out of there way to serve you. Also their prices are right in line. Anyone who tells you otherwise is either a liar or a cheapskate. My guess is the two negative reviews here are written by business competitors of Neiras. I highly recommend Neiras.
Looks are deceiving, high priced, parts not replace when damaged. I'ts an accident waiting to happen. A complete scam to charge insurance companies more $.
Nothing special anbout there work, nor service. Overly priced if you ask me
