Because of their board of members, my kids and I have been homeless since March 4 2024. And why you ask? All because I was not a member even though I was married to a member and lived there since Oct 2018. Always paid our rent and even his back rent. Simply wanted us out because of a gray area. Though when I asked multiple times I was told that i had to wait for membership to come up. Tried fighting them in superior court and lost because I didn't and could not afford a lawyer.
