This is a sad little story, but entirely to Neilsen Florist's credit. My family (in Boston, NYC and Toronto) sent flowers to our terminally ill Aunt in Seattle 2 weeks ago. The roses were exquisite and most of them lasted 11 days. We ordered more flowers to be delivered yesterday; when they still hadn't arrived today with no good explanation, I called Neilsen's, the previous supplier, just after they closed. Super excellent service from Leisa. I ordered lily flowers for my sister who was recovering from surgery at a hospital in Seattle. The flower arrangement online looked so pretty, however, the one that was delivered had less lilies but still pretty. But I wanted lots of lilies (for my sister to remember our mother who called her Lily). I explained the situation with Leisa and she issued another flower arrangement with lots of lilies.
