I ordered a bouquet for my mom who was ill and stuck at home during a winter storm. The company called me to confirm delivery and when I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number, they didn't give up, instead they texted me to get my mom's contact info in order to make sure they could deliver when she was home so the flowers would be in good condition.
