Wonderful & friendly
Ordered flowers at 8 AM and they were delivered by 2 PM—super fast! The arrangement was absolutely beautiful. Great experience from start to finish, and I’ll definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend!
Unfortunately, I was away from home for several days when Neil’s flowers phoned me to deliver a flower arrangement. Staff was not the least bit disconcerted by the inconvenience and told me Neil’s would simply make up another arrangement and deliver it when I arrived back home. I have it now and it is absolutely gorgeous with a very colourful selection of beautiful flowers in a uniquely coloured vase, tied up with matching gingham ribbon. Delivered to me with a big smile. Much appreciated, Neil’s Flowers.
