Had Cecelia color my hair she’stoo old and senile to be doing hair she didn’t get my color then got upset with and stopped answering my phone she’s very unprofessional and takes things personal so if she happens to ruin your hair or color it a way you didn’t want it be prepared for her to ignore you I’m reporting this to the board I had to make more than 3 appointments with her and she charged me full price every time just to get a color I hated and a color she refused to fix Beware any ladies she will fry your hair off i h... read more
