Neill helped out tremendously before putting the house on the market by getting me in touch with painting contractors and negotiating a great deal. After that, he was instrumental in helping to resolve problems that cropped up during closing and advising me on critical issues. I would highly recommend Neill as your real estate agent whether buying or selling your home.
