Excellent staff at the office as well as the medical facitiy. Dr. Carstens is a gifted surgeon and healer. Really nice guy!
Dr. Carstens was a huge surprise to me. I expected the usual hurried appointment. What I experienced was a friendly and KIND man. I said I didn't want surgery for my rotator cuff tear. For a year, he worked with me and kept me relatively pain free. I was sooo scared of that surgery. But then I fell and of course, the impact was on that shoulder!
