They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
