Always a great experience. With a fear of going to dentist my entire life, I finally found a dental place that helps suppress my fears. Dr Neil is fantastic. Everything from his calming and great chair side manor to preforming superb work. He takes the time to answer any questions and make sure you have all the facts you need to make an informed decision. As far as the hygienists and staff, they are very pleasant and well trained in their areas. I cannot say enough about everyone at this practice.
Wonderful experience every time I visit. Skilled and engaging dental assistants. Dr Shapiro provides innovative state of the art tools to provide near painless dental care. The waiting room and dental rooms are cheery with TVs, great music, and a fireplace in the waiting room, providing a cozy, inviting atmosphere. This is the best dentist I have ever been to.
I’m very grateful for Dr. Shapiro and his assistant. I was having severe upper tooth pain and called the office, although he was booked I was squeezed in. He took his time to figure out why I was having upper tooth pain. He discovered I was having upper tooth pain but the pain was actually coming from a cracked bottom tooth. They were both very compassionate and comforting.
