First I arrived and found out that even though I had requested and had made an appt with Nicole, I was greeted my Maddie and asked why I didn’t get an appointment with Nicole and she said she didn’t know. Upon having her work on me she was too rough and hurt me a lot and I jumped out of my seat at least three different times and never apologized or acknowledged that she hurt me and of course blamed me and my dental work for her being so tough on me.
