We recently contacted Neil Schmitt’s office about a lightening strike that hit our property. The person who answered the phone made no effort to help with the claim just provided us a 1800 number to call and submit it ourselves. Subsequently, the office called back and apologized for not assisting with the claim indicating that they were extremely short staffed that day. This was a clear indication that they are very conscientious and want to provide the best customer service that they can.

I hate to give bad review for this agency but, since they represent all things State Farm I feel I must. I have a simple homeowners claim from a water pipe burst. I have tried contacting adjuster for a month now, and cannot get a simple call back. I reached out to agency three weeks ago and Neil specifically two weeks ago. While the agency team has returned all calls and texts, all they do is make excuses for adjuster. I have simply asked for adjuster and claims supervisor to call me, but that has not happened.
