Dr Miller is awesome! I've been seeing him for 20 years due to a special eye dysfunction caused by brain tumor surgery. Brilliant, compassionate, patience of a saint. I travel from Pennsylvania to see him in Baltimore. I give Dr Miller a 5 star rating.
After a terrible car accident in 1985 that injured the nerves that controlled the muscles in my left eye, I was left with severe double vision and had to wear a patch for 1 1/2 years. Dr. Miller performed ground-breaking surgery at that time, lengthening the muscle in one part of my eye and shortening it in the other part and pulling on the sutures to make infinitesimal corrections after I woke up from surgery.
