The only reason I gave them one star is because I had to pick one...THEY ARE NOT DESERVING OF ANY STARS!! This facility is the most incompetent recovery center I have ever experienced.... first, it's false advertising on their website.... there is no such thing as a thirty day program and there is no such thing as IOP for the working person......I am a doctor, and I can tell you that if I ran my practice as they run their facility, I would both be in jail as well as being shut down.... nothing but lies from the staff, which ... read more
The staff is rude. Very unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend anyone!
Bad overall experience. They told me prior to coming they take my insurance (Medicaid/Medicare, which by the way NO ONE in the area takes). Got there and they flipped the answer. Then I went to the Social Security office to get off Medicare (due to an oversight I am still on it despite me no longer qualifying for it since 2012). Lady told me she is afraid to take me off of it due to the possibility of losing Medicaid. I reported that to my former caseworker (who doesn't even do her job) and called the Medicaid office.
