Excellent & dependable work.
My 19 year old furnace stopped working today, two days before Christmas and sub zero weather. Neil Johnston was recommended to me so I phoned and was immediately talking to a man who sent one of his technicians within an hour. Ryan came to my home, found the problem with the furnace motor and repaired it within 20 minutes. What I thought was going to be a major Christmas crisis became a minor fee and a huge relief. I will be calling Neil Johnston again for any of my future issues.
Our water heater tank split on Thanksgiving weekend. After we told him that we had plans for a big family dinner, Brad returned from a family camping trip. He reached out to get the wholesaler to open up on the Sunday morning and personally installed our new water heater by 11:00 that morning. Old-fashioned customer service like that is almost unheard of these days. We highly recommend Neil Johnston Plumbing and Heating.
Neil Johnston Heating did a wonderful job installing central air in my home. Men showed up when they said and cleaned up after. Very happy with their service. Would highly recommend!
