Was this chiropractor's staff friendly? Friendly Enough Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Did you experience excessive stiffness after visiting this chiropractor? Definitely not! I felt fantastic when I left!

Schwartz is fantastic, his staff however are not. Usually I try to visit when the receptionist is not there but unfortunately today she was. As always she was rude and arrogant. Totally opposite to Schwartz. I have yet to receive the police report promised to be mailed to my address from the insurerers. She discussed this in front of other customers/patients. I never made it to the office. The doctor may be great, but the person who answered the phone when I called was VERY unprofessional. I called about 11:55 a.m. to get some preliminary information and ask a few questions. The person who answered was curt and rushed. After a very brief conversation, she informed me she could not answer my questions over the phone because she was about to go to lunch. I will not be seeing this doctor because of the way I was treated as a potential new patient.

Neil Schwartz is a GREAT Chripractor. He is always able to answer my questions. His office is walkin with no appointment required and you never wait long. He makes an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. He always remembers me and makes me feel very important. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.
