This is my second lease experience from here. They are very willing to work with you to meet your needs. Finance manager Matthew Lohuis is very patient and great to work with. I never felt pressured.
I was young and very inexperienced with buying cars, but they helped me find the car I wanted without any hassle! Would 10/10 recommend the dealership in general, but Micah and Dylan did a awesome job helping me out and getting me in my new Volkswagen!

This has got to be the worst dealership in all of Kentucky, Bought a car from them that had so many issues I can't even list them all. They did step up and fix a couple of them, but was so many I got tired of calling them about it. Bought the car in March of 2018, and it stayed in the shop more than at my house. Now that the nightmare is over and I've gotten rid of it, I can't get Neil Huffman to return my phone calls about canceling the extended warranty I purchased when I bought the car..which didn't cover ANY of the issue... read more
Terrible service. We spoke with Earl about getting a car there. So, we drove 3 hours to get this car and they sold it when we were less than a mile away. We called well in advance. Let them know where we were and was communicating the whole time. They have no integrity. Had no intentions of making it right or selling us another car with the same deal. We will definitely not be doing business with them ever.
We went in on a Friday evening with the intention of viewing one vehicle we had seen online. Micah was our salesman, and he was wonderful. He wasn't pushy, he didn't interrupt myself or my husband, and he let us take control of our experience. We purchased the one vehicle we came in to view, in part because we never felt any sort of pressure from anyone. Thank you Micah, and the Neil Huffman Mazda team for helping us to bring home a great deal!
