Had a great experience today at Neil Huffman Honda of Frankfort. Took my vehicle in for maintenance. Harris the service advisor was very professional. He walked me through every step that was being done to my vehicle. He was very kind and courteous. If you ever need your vehicle worked on I would recommend this place of business. ask for Harris he will take care of you.
First time buying a car. The reason for three stars: the car I bought wasn’t detailed or cleaned before I got it even though they said it would be. Also, I asked for them to remove the tent and they did not. It felt more like we were just a number on their sales board than actual people. I wouldn’t recommend going here
The service department did a great job changing my oil and rotating my tires.
