Had my alternator go out on my 2018 Toyota Tundra and had to have it towed to the dealership. I called the service department and had an appointment booked before the tow truck arrived. Very prompt service from the service department.
The service dept is always kind and ready to receive my vehicle when I arrive for a routine service appointment. I appreciate the review of what they are going to be taking care of when I arrive. They always update me on the status of future service needs when they return my vechile. I appreciate the professionalism and also having a place to wait comfortably for them to finish.
