I don’t know of anyone who likes to shell out bucks to fix their car, especially when the particular repair is some kind of rare occurrence and seems expensive. The Service Writers here are polite and go the distance to help you understand what is needed, why it’s needed, why it costs what it costs, and they take the time to explain their findings and the fix. That makes the sting a bit more palatable. I am very satisfied with my recent experience.
