Whenever I see them, they make me feel like I'm their only client. I've always felt very respected. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They see both my husband and myself, know and recognize my children and ask about each of us when we visit. They never encouraged any of my negative behavior, and gave me plenty of helpful solutions for what I was going through. They were able to help me get of negative patterns and routines very quickly. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They are extremely reliable, and have never canceled any of my appointments. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.
They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible.
