So I am a retired nurse practitioner, and health sciences professor. I am extremely observant of other health care professionals and quite picky with those managing my own care. I found Dr. Gupta to be warm, personable, and a good listener because I had many questions. He was extremely knowledgeable with regards to my condition, and managed/implemented his plan quickly and efficiently. Asked repeatedly for a post op consult and were denied. He never showed up after the operation. The nurse couldn't answer why not. Called the nurse practicioner and asked for a call back and was refered to a nurse and never the doctor even after repeted requests. Looking at the board and the back to back surgeries it is easy to see why Dr. Gupta doesnt have time. He is doing so many surgeries he doesn't have time to even explain the results. Good for him but not fair to me.
