I can't say enough about the great experience we had at Dr Hedin's office. We are in town for a couple of weeks and my 15 yr old grandson had an injury to his hip. We went to urgent care and xrays looked normal but his pain was significant and his alignment was pretty twisted. To begin with, Allison was the sweetest, most knowledgeable contact person. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Were the chiropractor's hands uncomfortably cold during your treatment? Not at all! I was very comfortable during my entire treatment Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Yes, they answered my call right away Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away!

They customized their treatment for my condition, and it was very effective Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely!
