The receptionist called me to find out if I could come in an hour ahead of my scheduled appointment. I re-scheduled my babysitter and upon arriving waited 10 minutes before asking why I had not been called back. It was another 5 minutes before I was seen. I will not be so willing to rearrange my schedule in the future if there is not consideration and promptness within the office. Thank you.
