I had a very disappointing experience with the billing department, specifically with MARY, the billing manager. I was unable to attend my scheduled appointment due to having COVID and being hospitalized forA other health circumstances that were completely out of my control. If only a minus 5 was available. Two major infections immediately after the scope and Bhogal's response "wasn't me". Not "let's see what we can do next" or "I'm sorry this happened to you". After the appointment he did not follow up or return our calls. After finding a new Gastroenterologist we are dealing with a extremely urgent matter that he didn't find or didn't think to address.
