Staff very responsive to calls. Dr Zusman listens to concerns and explains everything.
Couldn't get past the phone gal. Was told "i'm the only one here", kept putting me on hold. I need cataract surgery, but may have to go elsewhere.
Totally professional. Presented the facts without sugar coating. Great staff.
Dr. Zusman is the ultimate professional having so many qualities being very thorough, caring, trustworthy, and cautious as he accesses your condition and determines his recommendations and provides the treatment you need. I just had my second cataract surgery with a lens placement and after just one day I am comfortable and confident that the surgery will be as successful as my first one which helped me with my distance vision. Dr. Zusman is kind, compassionate and very thorough in his exam and assessment. His staff is timely, warm and helpful. The doctor takes time to explain his findings and recommendations. The optical staff (Melanie) was dedicated to making sure my new glasses fit properly. As a retired RN I would refer my family and friends to Dr Zusman's Eye Center with confidence.
Dr zusman and his Office staff are wonderful. When you call, you always hear a friendly voice on the other side of the phone, they have been more than willing to accommodate me having to change appointments and work around my work schedule and doctors zusman himself always takes his time during my appointments and thoroughly answers any questions I have. I would highly recommend this practice!
One of the worst places i have ever been too. The staff was rude and did not care how they treated you when you walked in the door. I visited their offices 1 time years ago an supposedly i had a bill collection that they could give me no information about an refused to let me pay. im a 30 year old woman who needed his help because i was having a massive flare up in my left eye and his office refused to help me when i was in so much pain. if i could give 0 stars I would!
