I was just at this location and behind an elderly couple who had walked over to this location to check their lottery tickets. They had won around let's say $11 and they were told that they couldn't get the money because they had just changed registers at shift change. They were just told that all they could do was buy more lottery tickets. They weren't given any options like a gift card for gas or anything to make up for the inconvenience.
