I reached out for help viewing rental properties around Toronto, only to be met with a pushy, aggressive agent who cared more about locking me into a contract than actually helping me find a place to live. Having recently sold my house through this realtor, I feel compelled to write about my experience with them, most especially with Bob Best. This was by far my worst experience in dealing with a realtor. If you decide to list your house with them and Bob Best makes certain promises, make sure you get every detail in writing, signed and date stamped. I loved the way she kept things real, got things done quick and guided us through decision making. She went beyond and above to answer all our questions (teachers tend to have a lot of questions), supporting us, understanding what we wanted, and setting up the best offer to seal the deal.
