Customer service starts great...gotta get business in, after all, but once you're committed don't expect that to continue. Many of Max's subcontractors didn't show up when they were supposed to, were slow when they did, and were lazy on the job site. They were the epitome of showing up late and leaving early...and napping for an hour at noon. Max had us in our house four months after the original agreed-upon date. Max built us a home for the Lincoln parade of homes in 2016. He did it on the schedule and it was a beautiful and product. Even more impressive then the tight deadline that he met, Max returned to get every item on the punch list done. Max is a man of his word and that meant the world to us when building our home with him.
