Reginald Bishop is the guy you want to walk you through your pre-approval process. He didn't rush me, he was easy to understand, and the sweetest loan officer you will ever meet! The next step is for the Senior Loan Officer to call. Reginald made sure to put in the notes of when to call, because I am a single working mom. That really meant a lot that they cared about MY time.
