This review is regarding Linden Hills in Magna, UT. This property has so many issues from poor construction, outside water leaking inside, bad water pressure, malfunctioning appliances, bugs, towing, parking, dogs, AC malfunctioning and package deliveries problems. Sewer gas is an underlying smell in the hallways. They will move in anyone. There is a breakdown of communication between management and renters.
Neighborly Ventures, needs to pay closer attention to how the tenants are being treated by the local managers! I had two bad experiences from these places. First one was Birds and Bird Mites at Keizer Station and trusted these guys would be better! Wow, I was wrong! Dealing with "The Grove II" and my electric bill! They seem to be fine with tenants paying $230 a month with a qualified icome discount for electricity in a 720sq feet one bedroom unit that should be a smarthome!
