Neighborly Ventures, needs to pay closer attention to how the tenants are being treated by the local managers! I had two bad experiences from these places. First one was Birds and Bird Mites at Keizer Station and trusted these guys would be better! Wow, I was wrong! Dealing with "The Grove II" and my electric bill! They seem to be fine with tenants paying $230 a month with a qualified icome discount for electricity in a 720sq feet one bedroom unit that should be a smarthome! I pay $1450 for rent as it is and can't aford this... read more
