Tenant at one of their properties. Horrible experiences and no trust in landlord.
I moved out of Alder Ridge townhomes in Nov 2025. At the move out inspection, the manager stated it was clean, and in great condition and we should not anticipate any additional charges. Imagine my surprise when they charged over $800 from my security deposit. The owner invoiced $500 in repairs and paint, without any actual itemizations for the charges. This review is regarding Linden Hills in Magna, UT. This property has so many issues from poor construction, outside water leaking inside, bad water pressure, malfunctioning appliances, bugs, towing, parking, dogs, AC malfunctioning and package deliveries problems. Sewer gas is an underlying smell in the hallways. They will move in anyone. There is a breakdown of communication between management and renters.
Neighborly Ventures, needs to pay closer attention to how the tenants are being treated by the local managers! I had two bad experiences from these places. First one was Birds and Bird Mites at Keizer Station and trusted these guys would be better! Wow, I was wrong! Dealing with "The Grove II" and my electric bill! They seem to be fine with tenants paying $230 a month with a qualified icome discount for electricity in a 720sq feet one bedroom unit that should be a smarthome!
