We've lived at the Fairway (managed by Neighborly Ventures) for over a year; have lived 16 years total in the Willamette Valley. All I can say is the entire team is Amazing!!!! The grounds are well kept and any repairs are addressed in a timely manor. Been here for 10+ years and will stay another 10+.
