Chris was punctual, courteous and very knowledgeable. After he finished, he showed me a few troubleshooting tips I could do myself if I have issues in the future. Great service.
Christian installed a new opener for us. Great customer service, prompt and fair price. We had a small issue a few weeks later and he came by to fix it but the issue wasn’t on his end, our old garage had a seal that was hanging down which caused it to not always close properly. Where do I even start. Today I found myself in a bind. At approximately 8pm on a friday night, my garage door was having problems. It was not working. I called Christian, whom awnsered me quickly. Christian did an excellent job in repairing the garage door. He came the very next morning after being called. He is quite pleasant and very professional; he shows also that he cares about you as his customer. In addition, he assesses the job and lets you know up front what needs to be done. Neighborly Garage Door is our “go-to” garage repair company and I will definitely recommend them.
