Spoke to Josh Hollingsworth… Terrible communication, couldn't answer basic questions. Told me that he wasn't waiting time with me on the phone when I asked him how close was the property to downtown Jackson and hung up. Called him back to try to get some answers. His answer to my question was "I'm not doing the work for you, the property is posted, you figure it out." (1 photo) I'm an out-of-state buyer and don't know the area. Dallis and Walt were very helpful when we sold our house. They really know the Belhaven market well.
Had many problems when dealing with Dallis. Would not recommend giving him your business.
NeighborHouse is extremely hard to work with for a real estate company. They have very poor communication with anyone who want to buy or sell a house. This makes it really difficult to do any business with them.
