Have been client at NVC since it was founded as Best Friend's Animal. Since was bought out by NVC, have noticed a decline in the quality of my experience as well as a significant increase in cost.

They fired the veterinarian and his staff. The new vet charges way more and they don’t care about animals. It’s all about money!
Dr Ford is the absolute best! He is so compassionate. I love bringing my dogs there.
