I followed Dr. Turner from a previous vet office because she is THAT good. Not only is she compassionate and caring, she goes above and beyond to make sure you can afford the services if you express that the cost is a concern. While at NVC, she performed not one but two abortive spays on two cats that I own. Not our favorite but a male cat got to my girls before I could get them fixed. I'm writing this to hopefully help other pet owners going to this clinic. I was not satisfied with our last experience there and it felt very careless. I noticed blood in my cat's pee about a month and a half ago so we brought her in. After getting a urine sample she said there were blood cells in her pee that were infected, and gave us antibiotics and pain medicine. Two weeks later I brought her back because there was no change, and the only thing they did was weigh her and check her heartbeat. They didn't take her to the b... read more
