My vet Dr. Hann was very nice, however I won't come back. I scheduled an appointment for my cat's surgery. I took a day off from my busy schedule. They made me pay a deposit. I did. Their equipment broke and they canceled the surgery the last minute. I requested to bring another cat to be seen on the same slot of my surgery time. They denied. Bad management decision. I spend thousands on my cats. I won't come back.
The doctor and veterinary staff at this clinic are terribly incompetent and only interested in your money. From the minute you walk in your senses are met with the stench of mold and urine. I first tried this clinic when my puppy needed to be neutered. My dog developed a severe infection after Dr. Carlos preformed the procedure and left him alone in the back for hours to lick his post surgery incision.
