Super rude period,
My hard disk failed. They changed it out and salvaged all my files. John was very friendly and showed great communication skills. I'd recommend these folks for anyone in the area.
Neighborhood Tech saved my vacation. While on vacation in Hawaii, my laptop stopped charging and my battery was used up. With a quick call to Neighborhood Tech, they asked a few questions, diagnosed the likely cause, and sent me to the local Best Buy to buy a new charger cord. It worked! All fixed. Laptop put away. Now I'm back to having fun in the sun. Thanks Rob! I'll be in touch when i get home for help fixing my cloud storage and backup strategies. Aloha!
I was very impressed with NTS and in particular, John V. efforts to restore my system after a HD crash. John was responsive, effective, and a great communicator. I would use NTS again for support issues, and particularly recommend John, if he is available.
