My food was not good I had the bowl the meat was ice cold with congealed fat, my husband had the Cuban sandwich it was just okay. Our waitress showed up to take our drink order after waiting 15 minutes, and disappeared until the end of our meal, she never asked how our food was and didn’t say a word about the meal I couldn’t eat. As far as the ambience I sure don’t see the appeal, very echoey and the black and grey theme is sad. There is no reason to go back.

Husband liked his food. Mine was flavorless. Nobody asked why I wasn’t eating if they could help in anyway. Server seemed bothered in general, she had 3 tables in the whole restaurant. Personally I won’t go back her based on service alone. Food being subpar was an added strike.

My husband and I have dietary restrictions — I cannot eat gluten, and he cannot have dairy. Unfortunately, the staff was not prepared to assist us. When I asked about gluten-free options, our server said she didn’t know much about gluten and that the salads were “probably” safe. She was unable to provide clear information even after checking with the kitchen. My husband ordered a hamburger, but the bun contains dairy.
