They’re not trying to work with anyone regarding payments. No compassion whatsoever!! Instead of waiving fees or not threatening to put a lien on someone’s storage during this unfortunate COVID_19 Virus.

Five star service and always professional
Fix your gates. On many occasions I have been unable to gain access to my storage, twice making me late for jobs for which I had stopped to get my equipment. Today, I am currently stuck inside of the gate, after calling your customer service number over 10 minutes ago.
The operating hours are very functional. Very friendly lady that works on Sunday on 441- S.E. 92nd loop.
Have been with Neighborhood storage for going on 4 years and they have been good to us. Would absolutely keep sending more people their way. Thanks for being there for us
Prompt, courteous and professional! I have been using them for years for all my storage needs. Having the use of the truck when I rented it saved me some $$. Units are clean and easily accessible. I will continue to use their services!
