RecommendedMy hygienist, Kayla, was super friendly and engaged with me during my visit. Dr RJ took a little while to get to me, but she kept talking to me after my cleaning was complete while we waited. When RJ did arrive, he was friendly like always and showed interest in learning about my life as well. I like going here because the staff make me feel important. :)
Very unprofessional. All they care about is money. Very sloppy financially. Forcing you to do dental work you don't really need. Overcharge you and make you pay before the work is done. When my insurance paid for my dental work they refused to give me my money back ($3000) and yelled at me! I would never recommend this practice to anybody! Stay away!
Not a good experience here. Said I needed scaling and planing which of course my dental insurance would not cover so had to pay out of pocket for this service. Returned to my previous dentist who was appalled that they said I needed that service. I just switched to another dentist in Onalaska and they didn't even mention that scaling and planing was required. I would NEVER recommend this dental office. Complete rip off!
I have visited plenty of dental offices in my lifetime, but not one that has made me feel as comfortable as Neighborhood.Smiles Onalaska. Dr. O was very gentle with my current pain issue. Being a VERY impatient person one of my biggest likes is the timing and ability Neighborhood Smile Onalaska was able to get me in. After arriving I did not wait any longer than 10 min to be roomed and once roomed I did not.wait.any longer than 3min for Dr. O to come and Introduce himself. I've been through too many dentist nightmares to count. Dr. O is stellar. He combines the needed amount of gentleness with top notch dental skills. I got in on the same day for an emergency. No more pain! And, having a big fatty molar extracted wasn't painful either from beginning to end. His staff is unbelievably caring and personable. Doc is very adept at tuning in to your needs and questions. I'm officially adopting these folks!
I had a dental emergency this morning I was unable to get in to see my regular dentist. I called Neighborhood Smiles and Dr. Ochsner was able to get me and I ended up having a root canal and a crown prep done and his assistant Mallory was amazing. I can't thank them enough. Bed side manners to explaining all the steps he was taking, to taking his time was outstanding!! The entire process was pain free!! I would highly recommend them to anyone!! Thank you again Dr. Ochsner and Mallory!!
Got my problem tooth taken care of. They had me in there the day after I emailed them! First time here , and I will continue coming here!!
