This facility is poorly managed. I’ve had constant issues accessing the gate, and trying to reach someone by phone is nearly impossible since no one ever answers.
Great service, atmosphere, attention and overall experience.
I rented a 20 foot diesal truck for a move to Texas. Picked the truck up on time and the person helping us didn't use the right inspection form, checked in the truck as full from the prior rental 6 days prior. I ask what we do that the Def fluid and fuel were at half a tank, he said " just turn it in half full". 5 days later, turned it in in Sulphur Springs and the very helpful young lady at the rental return said def is free at Penske, and it showed the diesal should have been full on return.
