Vickie Nolan has been a gift from above! She is a conscientious, reliable and compassionate pet caregiver. I have known Vickie for 4 1/2 years. She can be trusted to provide TLC for your beloved pet routinely, but has also ALWAYS extended herself when I needed her unepectedly.
