Our meds are on auto send, but they never showed up. So if I wanted to get them on time, I had to drive 30 minutes both way to pick them up at 4:30 in the afternoon that day. Their excuse was that they took it off auto refill to put it with the other monthly medication’s. Which whatever. But be a little bit accommodating if you guys are going to change your stuff which affect my life. We had no other choice but to use this pharmacy when my mother lived in a memory care facility. Her medication costs went up expedentially. When she moved, we couldn't wait to move her prescriptions elsewhere.

I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by Neighborhood Pharmacy. Recently, they disposed of my mother-in-law's medication without confirming with our family first. This is unacceptable behavior from a company that we should be able to trust with our health and well-being. The lack of communication and disregard for our needs has caused significant distress.
