Bought our first home from neighborhood loans. The experience was easier than I had imagined. My loan officer did a great job answering my calls every time I had a question and really explained everything throughout the entire process very well and left us with no insane red questions. The only reason I'm giving them 5 stars is because there wasn't 10 stars available.
The worst experience I've had was with this company, especially with Lidia felix, terrible communication , I lost money, time and the House of my dreams. Never recommend to neighborhood loan to obtain a loan
