Unprofessional, incompetent stuff. I had a scheduled appointment at 9:15 AM for lab work, but I was not called in until 10:00 AM. The blood draw itself took less than five minutes. When I inquired about the delay, the nurse simply stated that there were more patients. However, there were only two other individuals in the lobby at the time, both of whom were waiting to see doctors. This experience reflects a lack of respect for patients' time and suggests poor scheduling and prioritization practices.

Very convenient
The team here is incredibly friendly, making this the best healthcare facility I've ever been to. A special shoutout to Kayla Ferrari—she was extremely attentive and made me feel genuinely cared for. The only downside is that the parking lot tends to be full most of the time, but the excellent care more than makes up for it.
