Always late if I was as efficient at my job as they are at there's I wouldn't have one. They should be ashamed!

Horrible service. My mother has been trying to be seen here for over a month and her appointments keep getting canceled and she's told her primary care has stopped taking new patients, so she is forced to a new doctor. This happened with two different doctors. Now we're just trying to get a copy of her lab results and the staff promise you they're going to call you back, or promise you they're going to email you the form and it never gets done. This place is absolutely atrocious if you actually need anything done.

Worse experience with Dr. Sopheap Ly they canceled my wife’s appointment twice without telling us. We drove there and they tell us the doctor is not there need to reschedule but a day before we got a text message reminder for appointment and call before to confirm it.

The staff is dumb. They promise you they will email important documents but they don’t follow through so you end up wasting you’re time and money. For example I reminded them to please put a stamp on my physical but they didn’t so then I had to drive back which resulted in me starting me job a whole day later. They also promised me they would email me a doctors note and didn’t do it. They don’t care about people or if people need a day off work so they don’t get other people sick.
