Update: The absolute worst doctor decision I have ever been with cost me my job! Approved disability then denied the claim form at the end. Trying to get records is a nightmare no nights weekends and nothing in the evening not convenient at all. Please for the love of god don’t trust these people! (Leading me to believe they want me more for financial gain than to address the issues of me being so tited im falling asleep at the wheel!) The first provider Brayden stated he would support my claim so I received a signed letter from him and now he refused to sign the claim. unless I had a follow up.
