One word: worst. They never pick up the phones and they’re always talking with their coworkers when you come up to the window, they seem bothered and annoyed that we’re standing there waiting to helped. Avoid this place.
If I could give her a 0 I would…Dr. A Nasuti is the worst. I came in with pain and she gave me a nose pump and said use it. ( shame on you) My pain got worse so I went to the emergency room ( I would like to give a shot out to Inova Springfield ❤️) they put me on oxygen with some good medicine and said I had pneumonia, and that is very dangerous to misdiagnose I was in very bad shape and it has now been 6 hours and I’m feeling better already!Thanks Inova !!! Dr. Nasuti you need your credentials taken away immediately!!!
